Are you really thinking strategically?
As a senior executive, you’re supposed to spend your time thinking strategically. Many people think they are. Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself to make sure.
- Are you thinking about how to do things more effectively or more efficiently.
- Are you thinking about doing the “right thing” or doing “things right”?
- Will it grow the business or control the business?
